General Information

What is Dublin Arsenal Supporters Club?

Dublin Arsenal Supporters Club is an official Arsenal Football Club supporters club based in Dublin, Ireland. The club brings Arsenal supporters together for matchdays, events, trips, membership activities and community support.

Is DASC officially recognised by Arsenal FC?

Yes. DASC is an officially recognised Arsenal Supporters Club and operates in line with official supporters club requirements.

Where is the home of Dublin Arsenal?

River Bar in Dublin is the matchday home of Dublin Arsenal Supporters Club.

Who runs the club?

The club is run by volunteer committee members. These are local Arsenal supporters who give their time to manage memberships, communications, events, tickets, ballots and administration.

Membership

How do I become a DASC member?

Membership is managed through the DASC Members Portal. When registration or renewal is open, members can complete the required form and pay the relevant membership fee online.

What membership types are available?

DASC membership types may include Social Member Plus, Family Membership, Rookie and Social Member. Access and benefits depend on the membership type and current club rules.

What is the difference between Social Member and Social Member Plus?

Social Member is intended for River Bar and club community benefits only, with no ticket ballot access. Social Member Plus may include access to ticket ballots where all eligibility requirements are met.

Can I have more than one membership account?

No. Each person should hold only one active DASC membership account. Duplicate accounts may be corrected, merged, restricted or removed by the committee.

Can the committee refuse or revoke membership?

Yes. The committee may refuse, suspend or revoke membership if club rules are breached, false information is provided, payment is not completed, or behaviour is considered damaging to the club.

Membership Renewals

When does membership renewal open?

Renewal dates are announced before the start of each season through the Members Portal and official DASC communication channels.

What happens if I do not renew?

If you do not renew by the deadline, your membership may be marked as pending or inactive. You may lose access to ballots, membership benefits, digital services and priority club activities.

Why am I locked out of ballots after the season reset?

The portal uses a renewal lock. Until your renewal is paid or manually approved by an admin, ballot eligibility is disabled automatically.

Can the committee manually approve a membership?

Yes. In exceptional cases, committee, complimentary or special-case memberships may be granted manually by an authorised admin.

Family Membership

How does Family Membership work?

Family Membership allows family members to be linked under one membership account for administration purposes. The account can include adults and children, subject to committee verification.

How is Family Membership renewal calculated?

The renewal amount is calculated based on the number of adults in the family membership. Children under the current DASC age threshold are free.

Why does Family Membership require verification?

Family Membership requires admin verification because the number of adults and children must be confirmed before the correct renewal payment amount can be issued.

Can children enter ticket ballots?

Ticket eligibility depends on the current DASC rules, Arsenal membership requirements and the specific match category. Children may require valid Arsenal membership where Arsenal ticket rules require it.
